By creating an account, accessing, or using Voicello ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, whether on behalf of themselves or an organization.

Voicello provides a platform for building, deploying, and managing AI-powered voice agents, including tools for configuring agent behavior, connecting knowledge sources, defining actions and integrations, and reviewing conversation analytics.

We may add, change, or remove features of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

To use most features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to use the Service to build or deploy voice agents that: (a) impersonate a real person or entity without consent; (b) engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or harassing conduct; (c) collect sensitive personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate disclosures; or (d) violate any applicable law or third party right.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account found to be in violation of this section.

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your plan) and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change our pricing with advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Voicello and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the content, data, and knowledge sources you upload to configure your voice agents ("Customer Content"). You grant us a limited license to use Customer Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that voice agents built using the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or will meet your specific requirements.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voicello shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before the new terms take effect, such as by email or an in-app notice.

By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
